Ore Poem by Varsha M

Ore

Rating: 5.0

Over the years
Living together
Bound us in unison
To exist on earth.
Sustaining the thud of water
Burning furnace of fire
Blowing wind of air
And cosy soil over
I got my form so explicit
That I forgot who I was.
The new look charmed
Making me more flexible
Not just a visitor
But the apple of every globe.
Digging deep down
Only to find me the more
These humans of present era
Only come to devastate our existence.
Burning under furnace high flame
They melted me complete
Separating our long friendship
Only to meet their needs.
Gone are those days
Where we live in dark though
Warmth of brotherhood bloomed
Holding hands we stood together.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Felt like writing for an ore is too difficult but as I began words poured like water painting every picture. I present hereby my painting imaginary.
