What is a friend?
It's someone who will stick by you til the end.
There will always be people who come and go
And eventually their true colours will show.

A friend is someone you can talk to
And won't judge, no matter what you do.
They are there through the good and bad
Someone to help cheer you up when you're feeling sad.

You know when you have a true mate
It's someone you love and unable to hate.
A friend is someone who will always help you out
No matter what time you give them a shout.

A friend is somebody who won't lie
Someone you can trust to always stand by.
They may not have to phsically be there
But you still know how much they care.

A friend is someone who will never let you down
Someone who will never cause you to frown/
A friend is someone who helps protect you
Keeps you safe and will try to advise too.

A friend is someone who will tell you straight
Not treat you like some piece of bait.
A friend can be a girl or a boy
Someone to help share in all your joy.

With a friend you can feel comfortable to be yourself
It doesn't matter about your sex, colour or wealth.
A friend is someone you want to be around
A person that you are glad to have found.
