ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಗಳು, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದುಸಾಯಲರ್ಹವೇ..
ಕೆಲವನ್ನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಮತ್ತೆ ಕೆಲವಕ್ಕೆ ಹಂಬಲಿಸುತ್ತೆನೆ...

ನನ್ನ ಕೊಂದವಳ್ಯಾಕೆ ಹೆದರಬೇಕು..? ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನದುದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ

ನಾನು ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತೇನೆ ಓ ಹೃದಯವೇ, ,
ನನ್ನ ಘಝಲುಗಳು ಸುಲಭಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಥವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು..
ಅನುಭವಿಗಳು, ಕವಿಗಳು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ...

ಹಳದಿ ಕಾಡಿನ ನಡುವೆ ಎರಡು ರಸ್ತೆಗಳು ವಿಭಜಿಸಿದವು,
ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿ, ನಾನು ಎರಡೂ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮಿಸಿ
ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಯಾತ್ರಿಕನಾಗಲಾರೆ, ನೋಡುತ್ತಾ ಕೂತೆ ನಾನು
ಒಂದೇ ರಸ್ತೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ದೂರಸಾದ್ಯವೂ ಅಷ್ಟು
...

ನಿನಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದೆಲ್ಲವೂ ತಮ್ಮಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ತಾವು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ
ನಿನ್ನನ್ನೇ ಬಲಿ ಕೊಡುತಿದ್ದರೂ ನೀನು ತಲೆ ಎತ್ತಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದರೆ;
ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗು ನಿನ್ನ ಅನುಮಾನಿಸಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟು,
ಎಲ್ಲರು ಅನುಮಾನಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ನಿನ್ನ ನೀನು ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ನಂಬುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ:

ಆಕಾಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರ ಜೊತೆಗೂ ಸೇರದೆ ಮುದಿರಿಕೊಂಡು
ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಳಂತ ಆತ್ಮಗಳಿವೆ:

If you ask me what you have done
after all these years! ?
I would say: -
I didn't make bangalow, neither much investments nor car.

ಕಳೆದುಹೋದ ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ
ನೀನೇನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀ ಎಂದು ನೀವು ಕೆಳಬಯಸಿದರೆ
ನಾನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ: -
ನಾನು ಬಂಗಲೆ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಕಾರು ಕೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ,

I had travelled much,
north to south, east to west.
I have seen thousands of faces
by sitting beside the window
...

The moment when I think your not mine anymore,
my tears kisses the cheeks,
my nose blocks by cold,
a thin layer of smile on
...

It rains outside my window
I just run out of my home to see the sky,
With tearful eyes I gaze the sky
for a moment without closing the eyelids.

A forcible smile,
an artificial speach,
dedication of painfull tears
to the murmuring nigts,
...

who are you?
Are you my dream? Or reality?

Everytime if i dream

Tears fall along my cheek; if I stand
they fall along my ears; if I sleep
and they wet my pillow.

They say; she deceived you
