Confessions Of A Stranger Poem by Venkatesh Davangere

Confessions Of A Stranger

Rating: 5.0

In the beginning
you w'll find difficult to understand me,
you will keep on trying anyway.
you will find-at times;
I may seem typical
sometimes in odd, crazy or whatever.
your conscious and subconscious
mind will get confused
to get a perception of
what kind of man he is.

The moment you decide you understood me,
you realise: you did but in vein..!
at the end you will become crazy
and stop thinking about me
a little by little,
and then you quit.

Meanwhile,
I pity myself for knowing not me
and disown myself,
to become lonely as I ever before
amidst the seven hundred billion people.

oh! dear believe me.
If I known myself fully,
or a bit little more about you,
I would have let my heart
to melt in your heart
and became not A "Stranger"
