Pierce our altars with doubting cold
So long to your frivolous fate
With halls of mourning, never to return again.

I bear witness to a life once thrived
And the calming seas now sand dried
Beneath my toes the shoring allure
of histories passed, the withering prints

Autumn winds shroud me with its descending leaves
Brush strokes of color, red oak tree.
Nature speaks with many psalms
embellish thee serrated tongue

Eyes of gallium; with an ivory tongue
Sailors cruise the Northern wind
With a hunger so vile, devouring old and young
Debris collide her coast, her mercy to rescind
...

Wheels creek in the morning rise,
and though I know not what become of you
to witness the breath of life once dried
a hallowing ego masked and left angry
...

The sand dunes blow amid the winds of time
Its hourglass clock depleting with each stride
Rally the courageous, hardened men beaten into their prime
If not for religious glory, than the fabrication of honor and pride
...

Sent forth among a barren sky
I hear the words spoken, it hinders me
What am I if not a fragile lie?
Beckon to me O' withered tree
