A Sky Of Wings Poem by Tyler Marshall

A Sky Of Wings

Sent forth among a barren sky
I hear the words spoken, it hinders me
What am I if not a fragile lie?
Beckon to me O' withered tree
Entangled roots caress thy cheek
The eyes perceive to thee to be
Soaring spectacle, illuminate; speak!
