I write to tell many that they are not alone,
They are not alone in the space of anger and revenge hanging around them,
They are not alone in those moments of tears and sadness,
They are not alone in the muddle of confusion and indecisiveness,
They are not alone in the pain of watching their loved ones leave.

They are not alone in walking but not moving because their hearts are stuck in their past,
They are not alone in being too trusting and being taken advantage of,
They are not alone in giving their all but receiving little or nothing...

Though you feel alone and no one else seems to understand...
Every one of the people around you have their share of grief,
Every one of them has come from a place and sometimes darker than you have been.

Its the attitude of positivity,
Attitude of grace and favour
Attitude of never giving up that keeps them moving even when they cant walk.

You are never alone if you have some faith,
You are never alone if you can help another and not focus on your pain
This journey has its measure of difficulties but its a journey alright
Meaning their is a destination
And obstacles along the way
Bends and bridges every few meters
Only focus can make you get home
