Why I Don'T Smile
The reason I don't smile
Is not what it may seem
And its not because
My teeth don't gleam...
I don't smile 'cause
It makes me seem weak...
I don't feel different at all
I'm not unique...
Even when I do smile
It never lasts...
This world of pain
It seems so vast...
And being alone
Never helped...
Pain and regret
Is all I've ever felt...
Come on, my friend, Show your teeth It is a sign of strength A smile can change the world Something that can change the world must be extremely strong.
