Dazzling neon lights of red and green
‘n' the soft echoing bell tower
greet a wonderful evening
Scenic typhoon shelter bays
‘n' dotted fishing lights
are such exhilarating ‘n' joyous
In this beautiful evening -
Couples in party, holding their hands
endlessly exchanging passionate words
are heart touching ‘n' affectionate lovers
who compose a string of love poems
I'm standing with you

I love such an alluring night
with you at my side

I concur with your wonderful thoughts, Yiyan in changing the original title of the song from Hong Kong at night to Stand With You. Liked the penultimate stanza. Powerful and thoughtful write.
