Control The Thoughts
When a single thought
or a string of thoughts
keep repeating in you
and if it is sad and dark,
it can lead you to
mental sickness.
Prayer in deep faith
will help to conquer
such dark and negative
thoughts that repeats itself
in your mind, disturbing
your menatal peace.
Give such thoughts to God
and ask for the grace to
conquer it knowingly
and decisively.
In deep faith if you
ask and pray,
you will become free
from such ruminating thoughts.
(.......) yes, o dear your movement should remove the dark of your inside if it's unable to devastate the roots of darkness from your inside eternal soul then you can note on it it's not the thought it's the plot, the trapped plot.......! !
the thought- this is giant silent tree you can take seat under it, this is mountain you can take seat beneath it's feet, this is ocean you can go more inside of it, this is sun, moon, stars and their lights you can make friendship with it, this is galaxy you can search the path of ahead with your contemplate mercy o can climb on it, you can ride, you can drive, you can dive but all through you can remove the dark (.......)
Thoughts are repeated in mind and we should control these. An interesting poem is beautifully penned. Thank you very much for sharing this.10
