Children's Smiles Poem by Hebert Logerie

Children's Smiles

Rating: 5.0

Look at the children's smiles
The children are innocent
But they are neither angels nor saints
Don't let them fall in the aisles
Please protect them all the time
Please shield them from all crimes
Teach them to read, write and to rhyme
To exercise, smile and to count dimes
So they can write inspiring pieces
About other minors, about their peers
And about how to improve their lifestyles
When children smile, God smiles too
The world, despite the madness, smiles too.

Beautiful poem about the innocence and happiness of children that we all want to play a part in- ideally we are supposed to protect them from accidents amidst their loving openness to the world around them! Wonderful poem! Thank you for sharing.
