I wish that Love was all we knew
Hatred & Anger, Hunger & Pain, War & Killing
would all be through

I can hear them crying, I can feel their pain,
innocent little children being hurt again
I wish that God helped guide us all
through each day
each rise & fall

I wish that people could live as one
the World be happier
we could have some fun

I wish there was Peace here & now
I wish that we find it someday, somehow
