The Retiree's Song
Whilst the sky is still blue now,
Dispersed are the dark clouds.
The Sun, slowly setting,
Is romancing the Evening.
In retirement leisurely,
You have reached the yonder shore;
That's just one station more
In our life's long journey.
Try to be accommodating,
Good health we are courting;
Minor matters, be they right or wrong,
On these I have no views strong.
