Wave Poem by keith brown

Wave

Red rimmed, she rises
Silhouetted against a falling sun
Long gelid body
Arching in sensuous rhythm,
Her face covered by tumbling rivulets
Of ashen blond.
Quickening now, driven by ceaseless motion
She embraces her lover
As
He traces the contours of her ripe and yielding body, Teasing

Tantalising,

He moves with her rise and fall

Turning, yielding, desire beset by caution
He thrusts ever deeper into her wet
Dark secret places
Until
at the very centre of her being

Together

They fall, twisting tumbling into
The throes of her ultimate climax
