Tidal Woman Poem by Michael Brosky

Tidal Woman

Rating: 4.7

Winter fires flare in your eyes
Dance of light up from your aquatic heart
So that the shadows and darkness depart
To faint whale song and dolphin sighs
Tidal woman, Aquarius
You move me in your surges to the deep
Swimming in your words that I always keep
You could make angels envious
Drown me in you dreamy currents
Bioluminescent bolts from your kiss
Plunge me deeper in your beauty abyss
Washed on your beach as shell fragments
I have heard your siren call and I abandon myself to you
For I am the hungry seeker of beauty and you are the view

This poem expresses our need to stand in relation to another person's magnetic presence. It's fascinating how you see the woman in nature and nature in the woman. Her essence cannot be captured, but her aspects appear in our sensory net. I hope to read other aspects of the feminine in your poems.
