The Quiet Little Girl, No One Knew Poem by Nichole Herrin

The Quiet Little Girl, No One Knew

I'm the quiet girl, no one knew.
I'm the one they see,
the one who's just rushing around.
Avoiding talking.
They think that I'm the shy little girl,
but that's not even close.
I'm afraid of being to close to them.
For fear they might get to know me.
Fear that they may figure out what's going on,
with the Quiet little girl that no one knew.
