Sin's Sisters Poem by Caleb Kanayo

Sin's Sisters

Greed, she's got a glint in her eyes so green,
Counting her riches, in a world so obscene.
Pride struts around with arrogance and grace,
Thinking she's the queen in this endless race.

Envy's gaze is filled with jealous desire,
Wishing for what others have, setting hearts on fire.
Wrath, a tempest with anger in her stride,
She's the storm within, impossible to hide.

Blasphemy, she speaks in words profane,
Challenging the divine, a rebellious reign.
Idolatry, she worships herself with might,
For her, she's a god men bathe in lightt.

Revenge, she's cold and seeks to even the score,
In her quest for payback, trust she'll settle the score.
Hate, her heart's consumed by a venomous flame,
Leaving scars behind, destruction her aim.

Sin and Iniquity, they beckon and deceive,
In their arms, they promise not to leave.
Lust, a seductive fire, burning so true,
But these temptations, I'll resist and stay true.
