Setting A Feast Poem by Reva Kern

Setting A Feast

To amuse a lonely dark balmy night
Without dreams or burning tears
So worried, drinking alone
Silent courtyard, difficult to sleep
Dark worries
Offered refreshing tea to visitors
Five Willows sang Shi poetry of revolutionary May
Invited friends for good wine
Lots of chrysanthemums
Set up a feast for an intoxicating era.
