Reclaiming My Heart Poem by Aarzoo Mehek

Reclaiming My Heart

Rating: 5.0

Those dried autumn leaves
Mirror the state of my heart
All the hurts and torment sheds
As the hour of mending comes
Calming my heart and soul
In the shadow of merciful Lord
Shedding tears of gratefulness
Rejoicing and celebrating
The merriment of my restored faith
Reclaiming my heart from the felon.

The whole of nature is a lesson on restoration and rebirth. Not many people see that tho.
