When pain strikes the hour of grief
heart keeps weeping in silent agony
eyes keep recollecting your endless memories
mind keeps asking why had it to ever happen
while todays keep denying the sad reality.

O' Brother dear, endless were endeavors
ceaseless were triumphs and speculations;
but as you left, a part of our exuberance just vanished,
laughter and happiness itself dissolved into nothingness.

All that remains now in our expectations are interrogations
- when will we run, play and be children again
- will time ever bring back our childhood again?
- why was death so unsympathetic to our unity?

And, as this grieving heart refuses to overlook
your absence and your calibre of brotherhood,
only our silence can measure how much you are missed
as fortitude though strong does not allow us
to separate ourselves from your dedication
to each one of us; neither it allows us to forget
everything you would do to enhance our moments
with the love and care you would allot
to each one of us as your quantum of affection.
