I went to the store,
To buy a brand new swimsuit,
But none of them fit,
Not even the smallest cute.
I tried on a bikini,
It was way too small,
I tried on a one-piece,
But it made me look tall.
I asked for some help,
But the sales girl just grinned,
She said 'Sorry hun,
That's just how swimsuits have always been.'
So I left the store,
Feeling frustrated and sad,
But then I remembered,
I already had a swimsuit in my dad's shed.
I rummaged around,
And finally found it,
A bright yellow speedo,
From the 80s fit.
It was definitely tight,
And a little bit revealing,
But at least I could swim,
Without any uncomfortable feelings.
So if you ever see me,
In my yellow speedo,
Please don't judge me,
Just go with the flow.
