Monters Timeless Art Poem by Sierra Staten

Monters Timeless Art

callous words fill my brain
slowly, surely driving me insane

ripping, tearing making me bleed
sucking strength i desperately need

poisoning blood left in my veins
killing the sense that still remains

shredding my will steadily apart
draining the love right out my heart

shattering parts of inside my head
murdering the words i've never said

filling my mind and soul with hate
dealing the cards of my cruel fate

Haunted by your memory
Engulfed by your swirling lies
Leave me to weep under my pillows
Painting me my lullaby

Death by murder- death by chance
Death by secret night romance
Death by number- paint the lines
Death in color, or black and white
Accidental- planned, prolonged
Death by always doing wrong
Death by self- a timeless art
Death by one last broken heart

World feeling my soul cry
Hearts drowning in tears wishing to die
Mind bearing the unbearable weight of flesh,
with no use only good for trash.
No word was spoken,
hiding behind hearts broken
And me with the hell flames burning inside,
traped in a cage with nothing left but rage.
Stuck between life and death,
Walking through an endless path

Crimson tears flow in rivers from her eyes,
her pain and anguish no longer disguised.
Cutting and slicing her only escape,
sex for money....prostitution or rape?
beaten and bruised with nowhere to run
no one can help her, she's face to face with a gun!
