Midnight Diaries Poem by Akanksha Vatsa

Midnight Diaries

Rating: 4.8

A storming thought was able to draw a bead on,
Troubled onerous to fly higher,
However, could not blow it's wing out of dire,
Deep below the ocean, the red queen was holding the wire.

The mind beholding truth was a trickster,
Mating with one another to conspire,
Camouflaging with completely different attire,
Twisting the fate with a satire.

She was a rebounding curse that was to be broken,
A spell to be forged or to be spoken,
A dream from which she must be woken,
A memory to be renovated from a token.

But the thunder was loud enough to inspire,
To make her able to ride a shire,
Just like the ashes sparkling fire,
Now she was the women with a burning desire.
