Itchy Palms Poem by brako the poet

Itchy Palms

Rating: 5.0

It is just a one sided story
The feeling of only joy no worry
Her smiles brightened mine
It all begun with a final sign
Her checks soft as a moulded dough
My heart sunk a lot when I heard her say no
The times may be rough

But I fear her tears cause they may cost
Then this game I may be lost
All of this may be just a few concepts birthed by my thoughts
But then draw me back into reality
All of this is just a fantasy
And just an illusion

Cause if she were to here
My palms will be itchy
I would hold her tight through this cold night
My hands will serve as a shield
Will protect my dear till my enemy can no longer yield
If she were here
My palms will be itchy
