Im Here Poem by patricia schiavi

One day I looked at the sky and asked God that there lives:
-Why am I so lonely here?
He looked at me laughing and said:
-Because I want to teach you something very important!
I didn't understand,
I think that even Socrates wouldn't understand if he have heard just that.
I decided to be annoying and I did ask again:
-Why am I so lonely here?
He did look me in the eyes and smiling said:
-Because I have something very important to show you!
I wandered in my thoughts and without understanding I did back to God and I did ask again:
-Why am I so alone?
He looked at me with tears in his eyes and smiling whispered to me:
-Because I have a very special love for you!
In my innocent child emotion I raised my voice to God and I did ask again:
-Why do I fell so alone here?
He looked serious at me and extended His hands with emotion and smiling picked me in His arms, kissed my face and said:
-You are not alone, I am here.
