I Want To Say Poem by Deluke Muwanigwa

I Want To Say

Rating: 5.0

What i want to say is terribly important
Where shall we meet?
Certainly not on the street

Walls have electronic eyes
The gain of their ears have increased exponentially
Closed rooms are full of bugs
Someone will see us hug

Shall we meet in our dreams?
There, where impossibilities are real.
How about in the shroud of a cloud
Up there beyond earshot sound

In a hot air balloon?
Or better still on the moon
We need to meet soon
Soon as this afternoon.

Can't wait another day
I want to say what i want to say
What i want to say
I want to say

Yes, where shall anyone meet! I like the idea of a hot air balloon, so serene up there. But yes, privacy is all but gone.
