I Tried To Sow The Seed Of Love Poem by Deluke Muwanigwa

I Tried To Sow The Seed Of Love

Rating: 4.5

I tried to sow the seed of love
The barriers, i admit, were too great
You win some you lose some

I tried to sow the seed of love
Every day we would talk and talk
I could tell we were having fun

You win some you lose some
The problem is the thing was becoming serious
Time for heartache had to come

I tried to sow the seed of love
Emotions like jealousy creeping in
Interaction becoming worrisome

You win some you lose some
It was sweet, nice and short while it lasted
It's time to move on to a new home

I will miss how she told me i was handsome
Many beautiful moments and memories shared
I tried to sow the seed of love
You win some you lose some

'I tried to sow the seed of love You win some you lose some' - thers is no scope of win-win in love. Yes, 'you win some, you lose some'. Win or lose, the memory lingers, sometimes even haunts.
