Sunday evening, May 14, 2023 at 6: 40 p.m. and 6: 47 p.m.
I was hit by a vehicle yesterday morning, May 13,2023
at the intersection of Hillsborough Street and Youth Center
Drive here in Raleigh, NC at 11: 07 a.m., the vehicle running
a stop sign at the intersection. Luckily, I used my hands
and arms to bounce off the vehicle, to protect myself—
I was uninjured. I did not call the Raleigh PD to make
a report even though I have the driver's license plate:
VWL 2122, a NC plate. In all likelihood, the Raleigh PD
used the driver to induce me to call them, to file a police
report—inducement being police stock-in-trade behavior.
This is just one more instance of police criminal behavior
here following that of Friday night in Cary with a Go Cary
bus. My left arm, back of the forearm you ask? My forearm
split open—I took 13 stitches in my left forearm after hitting
the heavy metal floor in one Go Cary bus at about 5: 30 p.m.
early in the evening on May 4, the bus driver, the company culpable for my injuries. A claim will be filed. The police
are panicking; I told my wife, 'The police may try to kill me
now, now that they have so much to lose—try to make it
look like an accident … like the car ‘accidents' of the past.'
She is all to familiar with that past, warned me to watch
my step. What will happen next? (I have been hit by
cars twice now, the first time in Cary, NC, outside
the front door of Whole Foods Supermarket.) I do
not wish to speculate, but leave it at this: these two
local police departments, perhaps in concert with others,
the Durham PD included, will continue to act criminally
against us, with impunity, until the NC State Legislature
stops passing laws that always have the police's backs.
