Fantasy Poem by Julie Anjani

Fantasy

You are miles away from me, beyond the misty breeze
Of ghostly visions, and to be with you - how can I to try?
Unbeknownst to me, suddenly you stole my peace
Without saying even single word: neither 'hi', nor 'bye'.

You did win my heart in the spring with a startling ease:
Just in three days with a poem that once caught my eye.
How to live without you now, tell me, dear, please,
If my soul rushes after heart, wanting to be nearby?

Overcoming snowy mountains and the stormy seas,
We will not meet, Hero, under moon or sunny sky.
You are just my fantasy, a sleep's deceptive bliss,
What I dream about, at times, really I don't know why...
