1975 Datsun Poem by Scott Federman

1975 Datsun

Rating: 5.0

My car is old
rusted
and the seat is busted.

It's tiered
and the inspection sticker is expired.

A flicker of light from the headlight
but no light from the taillight.

The steering wheel is sticky
the whole car is icky.

It is junk from Japan
shamefully driven in Detroit.

It's ugly and blue
It makes me feel that way too.

It affects my life
I can't get a wife.
