Parting

The tender way you mussed me
as you rose and brushed me -
when you said good-bye,
bent down and touched my heart in
a simple little parting -
I tried to say so much,
no words to match that touch,
all I did was sigh.
Nothing special just a chat
I want again to sit with you
exchanging points of view.
