Awake friend awake,
Calls Jesus and His love.
For how long must you ignore?
Hold stubborn heart of rocky stone.

O gentle friend come to me
You are single, vagabond.
Know you not the way or the wide world
No Philosophy, no Theology enlightens your soul.

Red Rock my intimate life partner
Amidst day and night, ages past.
who endures my sufferings
Oh! Unmoved mover, I can't but you must.

Oh begotten One, my all in all,
Make me yours Forever.
