Tongue Tied Poem by keith brown

Tongue Tied

Tongue tied

They speak of love with a gentle touch.
The warmth of every smile, with
laughing eyes and gaze to long.
A love that needs no common tongue.

Both hearts live to a single beat,
No other put above;
Lest either miss a single word, of
the language known as love.

They speak of love with a lingering kiss
The passions of embrace!
Within each heart they find the song, of
love that needs no common tongue.

Two souls entwined in just one life.
Proclaim to all their love.
Each gesture worth a thousand words, in
the language known as love.
Throughout the years may love grow strong.
This love that needs no common tongue.
