Time Births Us Time Deletes Us Who Saves Us? Poem by Terence George Craddock

Time Births Us Time Deletes Us Who Saves Us?

Rating: 5.0

time seeds us
time births us
time grows us

time possesses us
through all things time rules
through all emotions all experiences

through all lives through thought set upon pathways

time resolute will guard all footsteps
time spits us out disowns us
time consumes us

time discards us
time deletes us
time decays us

within time we are captives
in time time flexes muscles
love wins eternity God rewards

First of all I am sorry for my late response Heartiest Thanks for your every beautiful dedicated poem to me; actual fact is time where I am captivated bitterly in this green age; though I wanted to write a dedication writing on your poem still I am unable for my laziness; yes, time is the true fact; if anyone cannot run with the time then s/he will be loser in every environment.

After a three year absence 'Unwritten Soul' warmly welcomed me back. New poet friends have come, like Deluke Muwanigwa, Varsha M and Mahtab Bangalee, among new and some old friends, to share a love of poetry with. May we write many poems together, even a few good ones, as we share joy in poetry over time.

Because this poem is about time, I want to take a moment in time, to thank the many poet friends who have enriched my life over the years; too many to name. I want to again extend the hand of deep appreciation and friendship to those early friends, who loved and cared about poetry, so much more than most.
