The Passing Poem by Thomas Kane

The Passing

As life reaches and death pulls us down
Churning in time learning to be better
Wise we fellow a few good men left to follow
So many a men kiss death and all that they wish is left

In that moment was all lost or simple left with a cost
The chance of eternal torment or a new life enhanced
Who knows is the one who always knew
As it written the gate is narrow for the few
