The Most Beautiful Thing Poem by Kelly Curiel

The Most Beautiful Thing

Rating: 2.5

Love is endless
Love is blind
Love is meek
and love is kind
Love is wishing for just one look
Love is carrying her books.

Love is graceful, and swift
with the power to lift
it can brighten a person's soul
strong enough to heal us all.

Love is raindrops falling to the ground
their subtle caress makes hardly a sound
they morph their shape, they bend and sway
wherever they land they find their way

Love can be quiet and unseen
growing vastly inside one being
whether or not the two make ties
this love will never wilt or die.

Love in pure form just requires
a person's care and strong desires
from there it streams into a sea
of utter devotion flowing freely.

Love in all its sorts and parts
is the most beautiful thing
to come from the heart.
