The Illusion Poem by Derick Stinson

The Illusion

On a flawless day you have the realization of the radiant beauty that surrounds,
Endless flooding of memory flowing into the mind with sacred branches of geometry,
Following a mathematical rhythm while adhering to a love masked with a shroud,
An illusion of suffering melding doubt into a falsely worshipped autonomy,
Step aside false deity and bring forth the true spirit above the ego and the fallacy,
Unifying into one the collection of scattered remnants of your existence and place,
Bringing forth moments of realization incinerating belief and reversing normalcy,
The scripted mind being revealed to yourself as composed by mankind with haste,
Structured with a reality interpretation that molds you into a ego bound archetype,
Decouple from the duality of an incorrect perception and unify into a perfect coherence,
Absorb into one by absorbing suffering and pain while leading your soul to the veritable light,
The story is unfolding by an omniscient narrator leading to an incandescent spectrum of transparency.
