The Exchange Poem by Paul Brookes

The Exchange

Two men walked up a hill
one carried a ton of feathers
the other a ton of stone
the fist man said this is too heavy for me
would you like to swap
the other agreed but still they struggled
Moral:
just because a load is different does not make it easier for someone else to carry

A truism indeed. A scientific fact that always makes my mind stutter. Good write on the metaphoric side of scientific facts
