Sunny Reflection Poem by Indira Renganathan

Sunny Reflection

Rating: 5.0

On the nude stretch of a vast sandy shore
Sitting beside a tiny dazzling sand grain
I said 'you're too minute to hold the sun
Be so humble before the eastern fire afar'

In silence as the sun began to depart
In dusky glow the sand grain too dimmed
I was musing in night's dark respite
'Where do I stand before that grain of sand..'

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

It's your greatness to consider yourself to be far below a grain of sand to hold the brightness of the sun. Humbleness
