Soul Collector Poem by Paul T P Burne

Soul Collector

Rating: 5.0

I felt a calling though far away
So I gently left my host.
Passing many universes I began to near
A new loved one in a speckled blue universe.
His spirit was in the ether waiting for me
Like it had been many times over fifteen years.
I glided slowly closer and telepathically asked to enter.
I could see and feel his heart pounding
The beats rising as he pondered me entering everyone of his cells.
Yes he said, enter.
And I merged with him filling him with the spirit and love.
His heart relaxed as he dispelled fear to embrace pure bliss.
His meditation was over so I let him know I was leaving.
I could feel his amazement as he flew back to his body
A new one called in a different place far away
And so I hurried to gain another soul.
