Song Of Beginning Poem by Sankar Sarkar

Song Of Beginning

Rating: 4.5

When hopes want to soar up
Like golden wings of sky
The world stares at them
With unending possibilities' tie

As the clouds turn into rain drop
To sprout the unborn seed,
Nature becomes pregnant with cheer
As love is born in creative need;

Universe dreams like a dove
On the peak of mossy knoll,
In surge of Great Time, birth and death
Like twins consume life's gall

Rising sun nestles the nestling
Love unfurls its mystery,
Wave of certainty dispels despairs
New hearts greet to human history
