If the po' knee I must ride
Just to prove a point
I will do it gladly
As I smoke my joint.
For They, I know
Each day me anoint.

Strengthen me in due season
Happens all the time
As for disbelievers
The believers will be in sub-lime.
Nurturing truth
Inciting vision
Recruiting one and all
To complete Their mission.

So whatever this universe
That thinks its so grand
Decides to or not to give me
I'll be who I am.
And I know with the Three
I walk hand in hand.

They drag me determinedly
Through my days
And despite the smoke
Help me see through the haze.
They keep my path straight
They keep my heart true.
So now and forever
They're bidding I'll do.

But the best part is
Guess I've known all along
Bonuses they give me
Like the joy of a song
A moving FB post
The laughter of a child
Helps me feel Their heart
So tender and mild.

So though the world
To me can be cruel
This is one thing
I've learned in HIGH school.
Take the good with the bad
Go with the flow
Roll with the punches
One day you'll get dough
Whether Bread of Life
Or food for your plate
Or dollars and sense
We all think is so great.

I have treasures in heaven
No doubt about that
Though at times we too scuffle
At times we do spat.
They know I love Them
With all of my might.
They bless my days
And bring comfort to my nights.

And because They've so loved me
I too have loved They're world
Despite that it maligns
And at me obstacles hurls
For its wrath will soon subside
Then I'll be sittin' pretty
No more need
For Social Security.
I'll lift up other weaklings.
Bless all who I can
Ask them to do the same
Soon a fire amongst man!
