Shapes In The Clouds Poem by Naomi Waters

Shapes In The Clouds

I see shapes in the clouds
In the sky
When I look at the clouds I see
A turtle
A cake
Some just dont look like anything
That ones a heart
And that ones a cat
I just lie in he grass
Staring up at the clouds
I see
A dog
Maybe the occasional house
The clouds are paint upon my canvas
There are so many shapes
Like a horse
A frog
Possibly
A person here or there
Every cloud has a shape
Though sometimes you cant see it
You just have to find it
If you really look
You will see
Shapes in the clouds
Just like me
