Runaway With Me Poem by Garfield Grimmett

Runaway With Me

Rating: 5.0

Dont be afraid of the unknown
an undecided future is how the little threads of excitement in life are sewn
lets get away from this place
lets leave the sorrows and despairs behind
forget rules of the world that bind
so will you runaway with me?
to where the eyes cannot see?
to the moons and stars where people only dream?
to where beauty is radiant
and silence is golden
where lies are never spoken
and hearts.. never broken
waters everlasting
shades of blue contrasting
color spectrum in the sky
the time of day when dusk draws nigh
glowing stars
soft red-orange moonlight
it's all ours
if you come with me tonight
