....A poem for Moises
Marching onwards,
towards,
the dream of a better tomorrow.
Surrounded by brethren,
arms locked,
eyes tear-filled and red,
with hearts full of sorrow.
Is there a way to honor a living martyr?
Whose fight for equality continued on when others begin to falter.
If we celebrate your success,
with only our
"Congratulations and Praise"
We won't make just,
the long Nights and Many days,
that you toiled and labored
To make this world a better place.
If we are to honor you
in the proper way,
We have to fight even harder
And even more courageously
