Permanent Confusion Poem by Rick Elpers

Permanent Confusion

Rating: 5.0

Will there ever be a time
That I understand
the deep recesses
Inside the female heart?

Seems as though our discord
Runs genetically
And does anyone care
That we miss the mark

Perhaps human society
Would run aground
Without the tension
That feeds the invention

So now what shall I do
Now that I'm perched
On the notion I may never
Truly know her or her or her...

Short, yet extensive in its depth. Its funny how different females and males can be; yet the biggest thing that keeps a male and female on a different page is feelings and processing things differently.. The fact that you can analyze a situation such as this one, brings you closer to recognizing the female mind. Its said that a female uses more emotion, as a man uses more logic (: Which usually brings on the controversy. Great poem!
