Not Told
A change needed to make,
Takes a mind made up.
This change for them is a must to do.
And should not be a campaign,
Attempting to convince others...
What one decides,
Everyone else should consider doing too.
Only later to hear complaints.
About a progress expected.
No one notices or claims.
Since they were not told,
When to begin.
And if the change to start,
Be regarded as personal or not.
