Mum's Day 2008 Poem by David Guild

Mum's Day 2008

Rating: 4.5

Well here I sit and ponder
Just how to put in words,
The love respect I have for you
That mostly goes unheard.

I wish I had the ability
To go back through all my years
And tell you back then of what
I now know as my old age nears.

Thank you was not said enough
Or even said at all
With all my heart I want to say
With you I’m ten feet tall.

Thank you, very much, Thank you.

Fine and lofty poem conveying a thankful heart with glorifying tongue in honour of a loving mum on Mothers' day. Thanks for sharing David and do remain blessed.
