Mountains Poem by Takbeer Salati

Mountains

The first few sun rays on the snow-capped mountain,
Embellished with the soldier's desire of the victory
The Champaign glass half filled
Echoed the fights between him and her of a certain kind,
The walls of the eternal monuments
Glorify each time the essence of the dead time
The lover of hopes and the beloved of the memories
I craved for one more scene from my favorite song.
Into the wild, I craved for the mountains,
I dwelled in the silvery snow shinning till my heart bled misery
The highest of the peak resonated the cry of my mother,
Drenched into the reunion of the soul and flesh
Of one of the kind.
