Mother Poem by Bakare Oluwagbenga Michael

Mother

Rating: 5.0

She fears no harm when her child is in danger;
She shows no frail when her child is in pain;
She saves no coin when her child is in need;
She spares no love when her child is hurt;
She shows no grief just to be strong for her child;
She feels no weight when her child is on her back;
She goes nowhere when her child is asleep;
She saves no effort when her child is unwell;
She wastes no time when her child is unkept;
She spares no rod when her child is untrained;
She shows no sign of shame or shyness when her child brings her joy.

Such are the attributes of a true MOTHER...

Beautiful depiction of the intricacies and essence of mothers' love, elegantly brought forth with insight. Thanks for sharing Michael and do remain blessed.
